These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of our services.
AGAFAY LLC provides structured, one-time CRM configuration services.
Our services are limited to technical configuration within client-owned CRM platforms.We do not host software, provide subscription-based services, or manage client platforms on an ongoing basis.
All services are performed based on a defined service scope agreed upon before payment.
Clients must submit a service request outlining their CRM requirements.
After reviewing the request and confirming the service scope, a secure Stripe payment link is issued.
Payment is required before configuration work begins.
No automatic subscriptions or recurring charges are applied.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information
Granting temporary CRM access for configuration purposes
Maintaining ownership of their CRM licenses and software
AGAFAY LLC does not provide or resell CRM software licenses.
Service delivery is considered complete once:
The agreed configuration tasks have been implemented
The client has been notified via email
A summary of completed tasks may be provided.
AGAFAY LLC provides technical configuration services only.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party platform performance
Business outcomes
Revenue results
Platform policy changes
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
