Refund PolicyEffective Date: 17/02/2026
AGAFAY LLC provides one-time CRM configuration services.
Refund requests must be submitted via email from the client’s billing email address.
If a client requests cancellation before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
If configuration work has begun, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed work.
Example guideline:
Up to 25% completed → 75% refundable
Up to 50% completed → 50% refundable
Up to 75% completed → 25% refundable
Fully completed → No refund
Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
Service is considered delivered when:
The agreed configuration has been implemented
The client has received confirmation email
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
