Our services are limited to technical configuration within client-owned CRM platforms. We do not host software, provide subscription-based services, or manage client platforms on an ongoing basis.
All services are performed based on a defined service scope agreed upon before payment.
3. Service Request and Payment Process
Clients must submit a service request outlining their CRM requirements.
After reviewing the request and confirming the service scope, a secure Stripe payment link is issued.
Payment is required before configuration work begins.
No automatic subscriptions or recurring charges are applied.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information
Granting temporary CRM access for configuration purposes
Maintaining ownership of their CRM licenses and software
AGAFAY LLC does not provide or resell CRM software licenses.
5. Delivery
Service delivery is considered complete once:
The agreed configuration tasks have been implemented
